Well folks, I finally can breathe a sigh of relief after days of trying to efile with TT.  I went to freetaxusa.com and what a wonderful experience.  Freetax transferred my 2022 TT return and I entered my 2023 information.  I filed this morning and IRS has acceprd my return.  I have requested a refund for $97.99 from TT and the cost at freetaxusa was $16. for state return and filing.  I have been a TT customer for as long as I can remember.  However,  this problem with e filing stressed me out and I could not take it any longer.  I spent several hours on the phone with support, with no help, whatsoever.  Then the time going into the program, updating and hoping it was fixed.   It is time for me to part company with TT.
