cannot download Northwestern Mutual brokerage information

I'm having the same problem another user posted to your website "When I try to have my 1099 input to Turbo Tax the message window says “Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax”. " then software keeps asking for credentials and goes into a loop.  No tax forms are downloaded.  I'm on a Mac desktop, everything is current, cache is clear.  I'm in a bit of a panic here.  Would take me forever to enter all the information manually, which is why I bought this edition.  I've use it for several years with no issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
