Canadian TFSA in self managed broker accounts (stocks issued by ProShares)

I moved to US to work on H1b in Oct 2022, this is my time file taxes in US.

I sold some stocks issued by ProShares in my TFSA in Feb 2023. I had both capital gains and capital losses. What forms will I need to file?

I also have certificate of deposit in my TFSA and RRSP accounts which are managed by Bank of Montreal. They will matrue this year (2024).

I pruchased the software TURBOTAX TY2023 PREMIER, and I noticed that Turbotax doesn't provides these speical forms. Do I mail the forms to IRS seprerately after I file my partly income (w-2) on turbotax, or I should mail everything together?
