Can zeros be entered in boxes 10, 12 and 13 on a 1099-INT?

My 1099nINT shows zero amounts in boxes 10, 12 and 13.  Turbo Tax error check states this is not acceptable.  I only have income in boxes 1 and 11, all other boxes are zero.  This is for a complex trust.

You do not have to enter actual zeros in any of those boxes.
