Most healthcare plan premiums obtained through an employer are deducted from your gross wages as a pre-tax deduction so they have already been "written off". If you have post-tax deductions, you can report the total of your premiums with your other medical expenses to see if you qualify for the medical expenses deduction with other itemized deductions.
