Can you tell me if i need to mail anything since i e-filed but have a payment due. i paid a portion via credit card and requested an installment plan when e-filed.

You don't have to do anything at this point. You have submitted your return electronically, so you don't have to mail any forms at this point. You paid your initial payment with the credit card, so you don't have to send any vouchers, either. Your installment plan is included with your tax return, so no need to mail anything on this account. The installment plan will start taking money from your account as you requested, once your return is accepted.
