Can you describe exactly what you did - What product did you use when you filed, what did you upgrade to, and when did you upgrade (it sounds like you upgraded after you filed?), but all of the above will help.

I accidentally chose 2 products. Now they are both grey and when I go to check out it makes me pay for both. I want to clear it and pay just the PLUS for 19.99 so I can print my already filed 2017 tax return. I do not understand why I cannot change my order. Yes I want to upgrade after I filed because I need my 2017 printed. Is this something I can even do?
