Can you confirm receipt to IRS?

I submitted my taxes electronically on 4/14 but not sure my file was transferred. I got email back from Turbotax saying it was sent but nothing from IRS. I transferred money from my account to pay my balance but my account does not show receipt.

The IRS sent me a notice CP81 stating I didn't file my 2021 return. I have a confirmation from TurboTax that it was accepted on March 13, 2022. How do I resolve this?
