Can you confirm if my taxes are complete and if they were efiled or not. It's telling me to print and mail. is it to late to efile? I'm not sure if this is done correctly

No, it's not too late to e-file.

Check your e-file status below to see if your return was e-filed:  

   https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/  

If it wasn't found, select the "FILE" tab and repeat steps 1-3.  

In Desktop, check under the "File" tab - Check Electronic Filing.
