CAN WE START FROM MY 2022 TAX RETURN, EVERYTHING IS THE SAME BUT THE $ NUMBERS?

Normally, you log into your account, then import your 2022 tax return which will be converted by TurboTax to tax year 2023, and then you will add your new values.

It's not guaranteed that everything will be carried over, but TurboTax does ask you if "in 2023 do you still have or do...?" so that TurboTax can remember to ask you about things for 2023.
