Can't seem to file even though both Federal and Ohio State reutrn complete - never get's to the file and pay screen - just spins? Was able to file my S corp today - Fed

When I try to get to an agent - it says I don't have a plan selected but each time I log in - it asks the same questions and each time I select assist premium.

First, clear the cache and cookies.  Here's how to do that.

Second, if that didn't work, you may want to try a different internet browser.

Third, if that didn't work, you may want to try a different computer.
