Can't log in .

I purchased TurboTax Home and Business CD and installed in my computer, but can't log in because it keeps asking for password .

Once you've installed TurboTax Desktop on your computer, you will have a TurboTax icon on your desktop.

When you double-click to open the program, you should be asked about transferring in last year's tax file data.

No Password is required; could you accidently be trying to Sign In to TurboTax Online instead?
