Can't Import Fidelity Docs (1099, etc...)

Hi - in TT desktop, I try to import my Fidelity tax docs.  I click "add new investment," choose "fidelity," it opens a browser window, I successfully log into Fidelity, then it tells me "we've got your tax forms, return to Turbotax" but when I do - nothing happens.  The step where it transfers the data back to the TT desktop app from my browser doesn't seem to happen.

Any way around this?  Can I import a downloaded pdf of say, my 1099?
