Can't get security code, been over 30 minutes for the email. Changed to text and codes received - The verification code you entered is expired or is incorrect

unable to receive a valid code via text, the email code does not come through and it approaching 45 minutes being stuck on the validation piece to finalize my returns.

I now have the code being text but the page Next, let's verify your email but I don't see a way to change it to text

Having the same problem with email verification code..waiting 2 days now.  Called support twice and waiting for a callback.  (800-446-8848)  This needs to be fixed ASAP.  One person admitted that this is a widespread problem and the next person never heard of it before and told me she would need to get with her supervisor.  TAXACT looking better all the time.
