Can't find my 2016 download for Win. Account #: [PII removed]

Hi,

Go to turbotax.intuit.com at the top click on the three lines on the left. Click products& pricing and the bottom you can find access to my downloads. Click access to my downloads and put your username and password. It will automatically start the download.
