Can’t efle my taxes because TurboTax are asking for a payers I’d and payers federal I’d for sosial security 1099?

You may have entered your Social Security income in the wrong place on your return.  Do not enter it under 1099 income, instead enter it under Wages & Income / Retirement Plans and Social Security / Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099). See sample screenshot below. Delete any entries you made elsewhere in the return for this income.
