Can’t connect to TurboTax online. My Wifi is fine. Cleared out all my cache, cookies and history. Why?

Have been trying for days. It still just hangs there. I can get to the point where I enter my personal information but that’s it. Why?

Instead of wifi try using a cable to connect directly to your modem.  Also check that you are not being blocked by a firewall or. Security software like Norton.
