Can't add more than 2 state residency

My wife and I are filing taxes jointly.
I was a resident of WA state only. My W2 income is from WA only.

My wife was a full time student in PA in 2023. Did a ~10 week internship in WI over the summer and then moved back to PA. In December 2023, she moved permanently to WA. In 2023, her only income was during internship in WI.

In the TT info section, I have provided her residency (as of Dec 31 2023) as Washington and states that she has lived in as PA. Here TT doesn't give me an option to add WI.

I've also added in My Info section Other State Income as WI.

Questions:
1. Does my wife count as non-resident of WI?
2. While preparing state returns, TT asks "Did you make money in WI in 2023, but never live there". The answer to this should be no? There is no way to indicate part year resident here.

Please advise what I should do differently in the info provided.

Yes, you wife can file as a Non-Resident of Wisconsin.  She was also a Resident of Pennsylvania, but since she earned no income there, does not need to file.

Here's more info on How to File a Non-Resident State Return and details from Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue on Non-Resident filing.
