Can someone help me with my 1095-A form?

I keep entering my information as on the paper and it sill keeps talking me back to the beginning.

When it takes you back to the 1095-A screen, are there any messages or highlighted fields?    In Box 2, enter the last 15 characters of the policy number.   For every month you have an entry in column A, you have to have an entry in column B.
