Can my parents claim me as a dependent if I am 18 years old. Made less than 4,000 and a part time student who only took one class.

Probably.
If you are under age 19 the being a student is not material, nor is the amount that you earned. What counts is did you pay more than half of your own support (housing, school, food, and all other expenses) for 2016? If not, then if you lived with your parents (or were temporary absent) for more than half the year, then you parents can claim you as a dependent.
