Can I use s total pay card from my job

I get my paycheck loaded on this card will that work for my  refund

You can use the card as long as it has a routing number and account number. When you reach the File section of the TurboTax program you will see a question that asks "How you would like your refund". Select "Direct Deposit" and then enter card's routing number and account number.

If you are unsure if your card has the numbers you can contact your card issuer for assistance.
