It depends on what you are trying to do. If you are just starting your return, you can upload a PDF of your 2022 tax return from any source to get some of your 2022 tax information in your 2023 return.

You can upload a 2022 PDF to keep in your Documents file, for you future reference.

If you are trying to attach it to something, or file your 2022 tax return by uploading it, that won't work.
