Can I upgrade to hand my taxes off to an expert if I have already finished inputting all my information, paid, and it is not letting my file due to incomplete fields?

It is not letting my continue to file due to field that is asking me to enter in information on (stock documents) but those fields are totally blank/do not exist? Can I upgrade and hand those off to an expert? I have technically hit file already and went to a paper version but am worried the IRS would ask me to amend my taxes and I do not want that hassle? Can I just pay the difference?
