Can I still file my taxes without needing a 1095-A form that I do not have? My refund keeps being rejected, and I am not sure what else I am able to do.

This is my first time ever filing, and it keeps saying my refund is rejected because I do not have this 1095-A form.

You have to have the 1095-A; even if you mail your return, it will get rejected.

How to find your 1095-A online

1. Log in to your account.
2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2023 application — not your 2024 application.
3. Select “Tax Forms."
4. Download all 1095-As.
