Can I still file a tax even turbo tax is showing issue in Locality field (box 18) in w2g form. Box 18 in my w2g form is blank.

It shoud let you file with that field blank. The form should be entered as it is shown. Is it giving you an error on Review? You could try entering "XXX" in that field. You could ask the issuer of your form for the proper entry for that field.
