Yes, you can load and review returns prepared on the same or lower versions of TurboTax Desktop.

Please note that TurboTax tax files have a file extension of .tax20xx (such as .tax2016) and that TurboTax programs are year specific. A 2016 tax file can only be loaded to a 2016 TurboTax program.
