Can I review my payment choices after my returns have already been accepted? How do I know if my federal refund is applied to my state taxes due? How to pay difference?

Can't remember which payment method was selected but believe I requested the federal refund to be applied to state taxes owed. Both returns have been accepted but I don't see where anything was applied to state or how to pay the difference with a card.  Fed Refund- $75, State Due- $88.
The only information I can see is on my home page it says $13 Due but elsewhere I only see state due $88. How can I verify what is going on and how to pay any amount due with a card. Again, both state and federal have already been accepted.  Thanks!

You will receive your $75 Federal Refund and you need to pay your State $88.  Your federal refund does not go towards paying your State balance due.

Please click here and choose your particular State for payment options: State Tax Department Contact Info.
