Can I request my dependent ip pin? He doesn’t know how to upload his information

My dependent is trying to receive his ip pin but it wants him to upload his driver’s license and he doesn’t know how to do that. Can I request it for him?

The IRS offers multiple ways to verify your identity with ID.me.

You can use either a self-service process that requires a photo of a government ID and selfie, or a live call with an ID.me video chat agent that does not require biometric data.
