Can i leave an incomplete tax return 2017? i changed my mind filing with turbotax. i chose a free version of filing so i can't delete my information anymore.

Yes you can. If you have decided to file your tax return somewhere else you can simply abandon the tax return.  If you are unable to clear the data entered no worries; at the end of the tax filing season the date entered in the 2017 tax return will automatically be deleted and purged.
