Can I get both incomes downloaded with the different log on IDs since my spouse and I have individual accounts with different IDs?

We both have our 401K and retirement at the same investment firms in different accounts. I can't figure out how to get both 1099R's downloaded

contact the brokerage since different methods are used.   for example some use document IDs. others the normal log in so you have you log out off the one after import and go back to Turbootax and then go back to the broker and log into the other account.
