Can i file my taxes now and just add 2018s taxes owed to my payment plan for 2017 later? Is this doable via turbo?

I've called the IRS waited for ever called my tax place and they said its not the IRS i need to contact but TURBO because I am filing with TURBO help?

I filed an extension with a payment of $1000. I could not find a way to enter the additional payment for taxes while using turbo tax. How can I fix this?
