Can I enter my information from my credit union, when Turbo Tax won't let me enter my info manually, and it won't recognize Navy Federal Credit Union for automatic entry?

Turbo Tax won't find Navy Federal, so how can I enter my figures?

I assume you are on the screen "Let's import your tax info."  If your financial institution is not a participating import partner with TurboTax, then don't use the financial institution dropdown menu.   Instead, scroll way down on the page below the logos and choose the gray button "Change how I enter my form."

On the next screen, which asks "How do you want to enter your form?," scroll way down to the bottom and choose the button "Type it in myself."

Then it will let you start entering the institution name, etc.
