Can i enter my indiana estimated tax for 2017 now?

i had trouble last year finding where to enter this info , now i was not asked that info again??

• Click on Federal in the left-hand column,
• Choose Deductions & Credits on top of the screen
• Scroll down to All tax breaks, locate the section named Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show more
• Click on Start next to Estimated Taxes
• Click Start next to State estimated taxes for 2017
