Can I download more than one state tax form

Yes.  If you are using the desktop version of TurboTax when you click the State Taxes tab you will have an option to add other states.  Once you select to do so it will prompt you to pay for the additional states.  Alternately if you are using the Online version you can click Add State option under State Taxes.
