Can I do a 1099 for $ that I paid in 2018 in my 2018 Turbo Tax package?

I did my daughter's 2017 Tax with Turbo Tax Home & Business.

She paid someone to work for her.  Will I be able to create a 1099 for this person in my 2018 Turbo Tax Home & Business package/

Yes, you can create 1099s for your daughter using your 2018 TurboTax Home & Biz.  You can create as many tax returns or form returns as you need to with the desktop software.  

When you open TurboTax, you will want to click File at the top of the screen, then choose New Tax Return.  Choose Prepare W-2s and 1099s for my employees or contractors.
