Can I contribute multiple income sources to the same self-employed 401K account?

Hi, I have a self-employed 401K opened years ago when I was an self employed software engineer. I have not been able to make any contributions to the account lately due to lack of self-employed income. I'm now doing real estate part-time. Can I make contribution to the same self employed 401K account using my real estate income?
