Health insurance premiums (including those paid for ACA) are considered to be medical expenses, and are included on your schedule A (itemized deductions).

To get to the input screen for itemized deductions:

• Click on Search at the top of your screen
• Enter "Itemized deductions" in the search box 
• The first link that comes up should by Jump to itemized deductions - click on this link

Note:  Medical expenses are subject to a 10% of AGI floor (7.5% floor if you were born before January 2,1952), and will be deductible only to the extent that they exceed this amount.
