It depends.  Based on your explanation there is little question you are taking care of all of the expenses.  However, one of the key factors is if you are claimingqualifying dependent.  If your daughter and her husband are filing and claiming your grandson (assuming that your grandson is your son), you will not be able to claim Head of Household, because you will not have a qualifying dependent on your return.  Your only filing option is single, since you are divorced.

Even if your daughter and her husband file, however, they may allow you to claim your grandson if you had more income individually than what they as a married couple averaged (quite likely given the information you've given), and as long as they lived with you for more than 6 months in the year.  If you are allowed to claim your grandson, then you may also claim Head of Household.
