Can I choose to pay my taxes using EFTPS - I don't see that as an option on my payments

Yes, but you must do that outside of the TurboTax program, so you must indicate in TurboTax that you would like to pay your Taxes with a Check/Money Order. To do so please follow steps in the FAQ below:
