Can I change the date my account is charged for my state taxes? Its going to bounce as it doesn't happen at the same time as return.

After you e-file, you cannot make this changes in TurboTax. When your tax return is submitted to the state government, the state government takes control over your tax return. It is possible that the state government may can change it for you, or it could be too late. It won't hurt you to try though.
