Can I bypass the Complete Check to-do list if there is not a state listed on the 1099-INT?

Please clarify your question by adding some additional information so we can provide a more helpful response.   Have you entered your Form 1099-INT?  And are you getting an error message  on review?  Is the error with respect to a state tax return? What does the message say?
