Can I be claimed as a dependent? (2019 Tax Year)

I worked full time from January to June 28th, quit for three and a half months, and started working part time in mid October.

If you are over the age of 18 and made more than $4,200, you cannot be claimed as a dependent. (There are different rules if you are under24 and a full-time student or perm and totally disabled.)

I went through the whole process of doing my taxes in here but it didn’t give me an option to sign up or qualify for the child tax credit. Why is is not showing?
