Can I apply my Federal income tax refund for the purchase of "I" bonds through the Turbo tax program?

As of 4/6/23 with all updates applied, the option that Turbo Tax say will appear .... to apply my refund to purchase of I-bonds..... does not appear.  The only options on the screen for my refund are to direct deposit it to my bank or send me a check.  I need to file a printed return but tried entering the option for an electronic return and still got only the direct deposit or check options.
