Can I apply for multiple health care penalty exemptions if all of the hardships that I faced started and ended on the same dates?
Toward the end of 2018, I faced multiple hardships that prevented me from buying health care insurance. All the hardships that I faced started and ended on the same dates. I realize that reporting all of the hardships or just one of them won't make a difference to my exemption period. However, I was wondering if I should report all of the hardships for the sake of accuracy and also as a backup in case the Health Insurance Marketplace does not approve one of the hardships for any reason.
Should I report all of the hardships that I faced in that period of time? Or just report one of them?

Just report one of them. Reporting multiple ones will likely cause errors and/or confusion.
