I'll tell you how to get the return from TurboTax, but there's also a free option if a 2017 return transcript will suit your purpose. You may be able to immediately download a transcript at the IRS website if you qualify to open an IRS account there. Otherwise, to order a transcript from the IRS to come by postal mail takes 5-10 calendar days.

Was your 2017 return prepared with Online TurboTax? If so, log in to your account and look in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Choose tax year 2017, and look for a link to download/print the PDF. When you try to download, does it ask you to pay? If it was prepared in Free Edition last year, access will be locked. If that's your situation, we can tell you how to pay to unlock the 2017 return. The method to unlock it depends on what all you have done with your 2018 return. Normally one will need to upgrade a 2018 Free Edition return to PLUS and pay 19.99 by credit/debit card. We can list the steps to use.
If you find no evidence at all of your 2017 online return in that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
A return prepared in desktop software (CD/download) will not be in an online account.
To unlock a prior online return, please answer the following about your 2018 return so we can provide steps for your situation:
We can tell you how to pay to unlock a return once you answer all the questions above.
I just noticed you are using Online Deluxe. Is that what you used for your 2018 return, or did you upgrade too far trying to unlock the 2017 return? If so, that's going to be problematic, and the workaround is different. If you try to pay now, it will charge you 59.99 for Deluxe (and possible 44.99 for a state return.)
Did you need and used Deluxe to prepare your 2018 return? Or is your 2018 return still unfiled? If unfiled, and if you don't need Deluxe for the situations in your 2018 return, we can tell you how to downgrade to Free Edition, then upgrade to PLUS (19.99). Did you already try to upgrade to PLUS and upgraded too far and ended up in Deluxe?
If you've already filed and have now upgraded too far after filing, you'll need to phone Customer Support.
