Can anyone please tell me why I am having such a hard time filing taxes. Trying to e~file & to pay my fees thru the $ I am getting back stuck at the direct deposit

I am stuck at the direct deposit screen and only go round and round circles to end up back at this screen.  Will not let me file these taxes even though I am done with them

This happens from time to time.  Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.
