California Extension question

I paid my extension California State tax fully via WebPay (I believe this is the FTB 3519 form?).

How do I tell TurboTax I paid this amount towards my state tax?

I see the state tax extension screen "Enter Your Tax Paid". Do I enter the amount I paid on the line "Any Other Payments or Credits (Includes payments from any prior Form 3519)"? I noticed when I enter the amount in that line, Turbo Tax shows still shows the amount at the top "CA Tax Due". Wondering if that's the expected outcome?
