CA Form 3895 Error

I am receiving an error on my CA State return that says "Some values are too large and have caused calculation errors" on form 3895. I don't even need form 3895, and have indicated that when answering the questions about it. How do I get past this?

State Tax Forms Availability Table

 

Many State forms have still yet to be finalized at this point.
