Business Conducted in Home Office

I am refered to Tax Expert "AnnetteB6" April 10 reply on "Form 8829 (my address): Line B of Ln 8 must be entered" question.

How and Where do I fine "TT home office section screen titled "Business Conducted in Home Office"?

I also could not find the suggestion "See Example line"

Thank you in advance

Business Conducted in Home Office

First, if you are filing a Schedule C, go back to that section of your return and look at the expense options that you have selected or entered already.  One common expense for a Schedule C business is a Home Office.

When you go through the Home Office section to enter the details of your office, one of the questions will be 'Business Conducted in Home Office' and on that same screen there is the blue link for See Examples.

The answer shown above is for TurboTax CD/downloaded versions.  The same questions are worded a little differently if you are using TurboTax Online.

For TurboTax Online, the page is titled 'What percentage of your work was done at this home office?'  And instead of a blue link for See Examples, there is a blue link for Help me figure this out.
