Bug in TT Premier 2023 - can't e-file due to Form 3520

I know TT doesn't include Form 3520. I know we have to file 3520 by mail. But the fact we are filing 3520 should not block e-filing 1040. 3520 does not get attached to 1040, it must be mailed separately to a different IRS center. Therefore, there is no reason why TT can't e-file the 1040 and leave us to print and file 3520 by mail. But it doesn't - it says the 3520 makes it impossible to e-file 1040, which is simply not true. Even worse, it won't e-file state taxes either, even though 3520 has zero to do with state taxes. So, because we have a 3520 filing requirement, we lose a major part of TT functionality, have to spend time and money filing on paper, and then have to wait several weeks extra to get our refunds. There is no reason it has to be this way. It is certainly not an IRS rule - the IRS would prefer us to e-file 1040. In the case of FBAR, TT just tells us "You're on your own, kids!" but it doesn't block e-filing; why is 3520 treated differently?
